The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has stressed the importance for pilgrims to continuously wear the “Nusuk” card throughout their spiritual journey, describing it as a key identification tool that helps organize pilgrim movement and facilitate access between holy sites and service locations.
The ministry explained that the “Nusuk” card is an essential component of the operational and organizational service system during Hajj, as it is linked to several field procedures that help speed up access to services and facilities and ensure prompt support when needed.
It added that visibly displaying the card at all times improves service efficiency and enables field teams to provide guidance and assistance more quickly, particularly in cases requiring directions or support within the holy sites.
Pilgrims were also urged to ensure the clarity of their card information and to preserve it properly, in order to fully benefit from its features in facilitating movement and access to various services during the performance of rituals.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah reaffirmed that the “Nusuk” card is a vital part of the pilgrim service ecosystem, noting that its proper use enhances operational flow and improves the overall Hajj experience.
